The WaterWatch® Alarm System
With the WaterWatch® Alarm System, you’ll know immediately any time your crawl space is facing issues with water level rise. Incoming water from a leak or sump pump failure will pass through the alarm first, and then drain into the sump pump. An alarm will sound, informing you that there is a leak in your crawl space.
The SmartSump™ Advantage
Water leaks in your crawl space can go unnoticed for weeks or even months at a time. This period is plenty of time for water damage to set in. However, with an alarm-equipped sump pump system like the SmartSump™ system, you can relax knowing you’re protected.
The SmartSump™ system uses a cast-iron Zoeller® sump pump, including a floor drain and WaterWatch® sump pump alarm. The built-in lid and floor drain are designed to prevent captured water from evaporating back into the crawl space so it won’t become a problem again.
Combined with an optional battery backup sump pump, you can pump up to 11,500 gallons of water even when power is cut off.
