We have had an exceptional experience with Regional so far! Nick came out and gave us the initial estimate and he was awesome! HUGE shoutout to “The Bobby Crew”! Bobby, Malique & Jamar came out and did a couple of push piers, smart jack, geo-drain and sump pump. They were so respectful, polite and hard working! They kept me informed on what they were doing, how they were doing it. They would let me know if they needed to leave and when they would be coming back. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! They always cleaned up after and when they completed the job, everything was back in orderly shape. I hope we get to have them back out at some point for the other work we will be doing moving forward! Rion is also amazing! He came out when the crew ran into an issue with our girder. He went through the crawlspace and explained the issues thoroughly as well as what we’d likely need to do moving forward. Everyone at Regional has been upfront and honest and you don’t find that everyday. We feel confident that we and our home are in good hands. I highly recommend using Regional for your crawlspace/foundation needs! You won’t be disappointed…unless you call somebody else, haha.
