I was very impressed with the Regional as a whole. From the sales process, to the engineering team (Clint and another guy), to the installation crew. Very impressed with them all. I felt like they were doing this for a family member in mind (we aren't related BTW :) ). I take pride in my job and you know what it looks like for someone who does. They take pride in their work, and it shows.
Mission accomplished! from what we can tell the floors feel solid now, the sagging/flexing has stopped. Very glad to have gone with Regional for this project.

Very impressed with the sales person who came out and took our request and turned it into a quote.
I was very impressed with the team (Lamonette, Bobby, Malique, Ben). They worked swiftly and got the job done. Lamonette communicated very well when they were to be on site. Met the crew briefly and all were polite, respectful and friendly.
No residual left behind, all looked like they left it like they found it.
