Basement Drain Pipe
Monolithic foundations are one of the biggest challenges faced by basement waterproofing experts. Most foundations are made in three distinct pieces: the walls, the floors, and the foundation footing.
A monolithic foundation has the floors and footing poured as one piece. Because of this pouring method, the floors become extremely thick. The problem arises when you want a traditional drainage system to keep your basement dry.
A thick monolithic floor requires jackhammering, which is labor-intensive and produces huge amounts of dust. Instead, the team at Regional Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can create a customized drainpipe system installed above the floor to meet your needs.
No jackhammering is required. Our system collects water from the walls and floor joint, won’t clog and includes a written lifetime warranty.

Draining the Water Trapped in Your Block Walls
Some homes feature block wall foundations, which can create their own challenges. The blocks that make up a block foundation are hollow, making them vulnerable to filling with water. Once a block fills with water, it can start seeping right through your walls.
To prevent this from becoming a problem, we drill “weep holes” into each block to alleviate any buildup. Water will pour through each of these holes directly into the drainpipe.

Leaky Windows, Cracks, & Penetrations
To contain water that floods along your walls, Regional Foundation & Crawl Space uses three distinct solutions.
For wall cracks and gaps around pipes and wires, we use the FlexiSpan® System to take care of leaks. If your basement window is leaking, we can use the WellDuct® System. If there are leaks all over your walls, we have wall products to take care of everything.
No matter what, each of our wall drainage systems is compatible with the DryTrak® Drain Pipe System to direct water to your sump pump system.
