Drain Systems
Is your basement prone to flooding when the weather gets the slightest bit rainy? We know all too well how difficult it can be to keep your basement dry without proper protection.
Thankfully, the Regional Foundation & Crawl Space Repair experts know how to keep a basement dry the right way. A full-perimeter French Drain is the best way to prevent basement flooding in your North Carolina home.
Our crew can install and set up a complete perimeter drain and sump pump system in less than two days to protect your basement in almost no time at all. Once our work is done, we’ll provide you with a lifetime warranty on your new dry basement system — in writing.
To add value to your home, that warranty can transfer to a new owner if you ever decide to sell.

Which Drain System Is Best For You?
Each basement is unique, and the way water enters your basement may need a specific solution for the best results. Each of our drainage systems approaches the problem differently to better serve certain home designs. Currently, we have five drain systems available:
- • WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain
- • DryTrak® Baseboard Drain Pipe
- • FlowGuard® Thin Floor Drain System
- • WaterGuard® IOS Perimeter Drain
- • TrenchDrain™ Grated Drainage Pipe
By working with one of our basement experts, you will have the best drainage system installed for your home.
WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain
The WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain is best for typical basements. It is installed below the floor slab and made to rest on top of the foundation footing.
DryTrak® Baseboard Drain Pipe
If your home features a monolithic foundation, where the floor and footing are one-piece, DryTrak® Baseboard Drain Pipe is the best solution. It is installed above the floor to remove the dust, debris, and long work caused by jackhammering.
FlowGuard® Thin Floor Drain System
If the concrete floor of your basement is too thin for a traditional drain, FlowGuard® Thin Floor Drain System is the best solution. This system sits in front of the foundation footing in a drainage stone bed.
WaterGuard® IOS Perimeter Drain
If you’re having problems with iron ochre caused by iron bacteria in your water, we use the WaterGuard® IOS Perimeter Drain. With an extra-wide drain channel and larger drainage openings, iron ochre won’t be able to clog this drainage system.
