Account Manager


Danielle joined the Regional team in 2022, and she started out as a Customer Care Specialist. Now, Danielle is an Account Manager, meaning she assists in keeping track of a homeowner’s entire process with Regional. After a Design Specialist completes an appointment, Danielle performs quality control calls to ensure our processes are thorough and consistent. Danielle continues to assist homeowners moving forward by consulting quotes, answering questions, and directing phone calls to the right person. 

Danielle’s favorite part of her role is being able to help people and finding solutions to the problems they are experiencing. Danielle has worked in a variety of customer service roles since she was 13 years old. 

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys singing, sketching, spending time with her family, and photography. Danielle was born and raised in North Carolina, and she is a fan of the UNC Tar Heels and the Carolina Hurricanes. Someday, Danielle hopes to get the chance to swim with dolphins.
