Linda is a valued member of our Customer Service department, serving as an Appointment Center Representative. She is the first contact that our customers have with the company, setting up appointments for them with our Design Specialists and ensuring all of their questions are answered prior to an appointment. Prior to joining Regional, Linda acquired 19 years of experience in Customer Service for a restoration company. Additionally, she gained a certificate in Water Damage Restoration.
Regional was impressed by Linda's passion for helping others and realized she was an immediate fit for Regional's culture. Linda likes being able to help change customers' lives with the work she does every day.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family!
